All products sold by Dommegsser are digital products (LUTs, video courses and other downloadable files). They are delivered instantly via download link after purchase. No physical goods are shipped.
Instant delivery & right of withdrawal (EU/EEA customers)
By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)). Once the digital content has been delivered, the purchase can no longer be revoked.
Defective or inaccessible files
If you have problems downloading or accessing your files, or if a file is defective, please contact us at and we will fix the issue or send you a new download link. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once the content has been delivered. If you believe an exception applies (for example a duplicate purchase or a payment error), contact us at within 14 days of purchase and we will review your case.
